According to detectives, the defendant Andrew Schneider was observed by two plainclothes NassauCounty Police Officers engaging in a drug transaction in his driveway. The defendant approached an unknown male black subject in a dark red or maroon colored Nissan that was parked in the driveway. Schneider was holding a white rock substance in his right hand at the time.
